Sharp Mobile Phones


Sharp Telecommunications was established to bring 2.5G Sharp GSM/GPRS mobile phones to the World market. Sharp released the first integrated camera phone in Japan in October 2000 and since then they have released seven further generations of camera phone with their partner J-Phone (part of the Vodafone group) and more recently with NTT DoCoMo. The Sharp mobile phones use the company's own advanced CMOS and CCD cameras, LCD and stacked memory modules.
